KOiFish Posted April 3 Report Share Posted April 3 Has anyone ever used the GSA OASIS Magic Hat source selection process? This process seems to apply a formula to evaluate the best value, but I am not sure how exactly this evaluation of the criterias is done and how the relative importance percentages are determined.
