Making consolidated appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2001, and for other purposes.  This is one of the last minute laws of the 106th Congress.  Bills were introduced on December 14, 2001, and made part of this law.  H. R. 5667, the Small Business Reauthorization Act of 2000, is one of these bills and part of this law.  H. R. 5667, includes titles on the Small Business Innovation Research Program; Business Loan Programs; Certified Development Company Program; Correction to the Small Business Investment Act; Reauthorization of Small Business Programs; HUBzone Program; Other HUBzone Provisions; National Women's Business Council Reauthorization; and Miscellaneous Provisions.  The Government Printing Office version of this law is so large that it probably can be accessed only in off-peak hours.  (P.
