SEC. 826. UNIFORMITY IN APPLICATION OF
MICRO-PURCHASE THRESHOLD TO CERTAIN TASK OR DELIVERY ORDERS. Section 4106(c) of title 41, United States Code, is amended by striking ``$2,500'' and inserting ``the micro-purchase threshold under section 1902 of this title''. |
Uniformity in application of
micro-purchase threshold to certain task or delivery orders
(sec. 826) The House amendment contained a provision (sec. 899I) that would amend section 4106(c) of title 41, United States Code, to replace $2,500 with the micro-purchase threshold. The Senate bill contained no similar provision. The Senate recedes. |
