State Contracting Sites

The states, as a group, may spend more taxpayer dollars on contracts than the federal government.  If not, they are close.  This page takes you to the states' administrative purchasing offices, transportation departments, and solicitation and contracts pages, if provided.

One thing to remember, every state is different with different requirements and processes.  Additionally, these pages can be useful to contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government contracting personnel.  See inside.

County and City Contracting Sites

County and city contracting accounts for a large amount of taxpayer dollars too.  For example, a December 2007 report shows that New York City had contracts worth more than $15 billion in a recent fiscal year.

Purchasing Alliances
