KR_2016 Posted March 29 Report Share Posted March 29 Greetings, I am hoping someone can give some clarification on DFAR Clause 252.246-7000 Material Inspection and Receiving Report. If the contract does not contain 252.246.7000 does that exempt the Prime Contractor from needing to obtain a DD250 for the delivery of separate and distinct objects to the Gov’t? Any insight would be most appreciated. Does the contract contain DFARS 252.232-7003? If so, the WAWF Receiving Report is the electronic equivalent of the DD 250.
