Hello all, Are the rates the government pays a contractor as part of an awarded contract public? E.g. If a top consulting firm wins an IDIQ million dollar contract with a federal agency, would the rates the consulting firm bills the agency be public? Regardless of whether or not they use a gsa schedule? Thanks
