Posted February 18, 20223 yr comment_62909 We were just awarded a cost reimbursement type contract with one CLIN. The ceiling for the CLIN includes the labor and ODCs in our proposal. Are ODCs required to be in a separate CLIN or can the one CLIN include labor and ODCs?
