We were just awarded a cost reimbursement type contract with one CLIN.  The ceiling for the CLIN includes the labor and ODCs in our proposal.  Are ODCs required to be in a separate CLIN or can the one CLIN include labor and ODCs?

There is no general requirement that there be a separate contract line item for other direct costs. One CLIN can include labor and ODCs.
