I'm wondering what websites, social media sites, electronic newsletters, discussion forums, etc you check or subscribe to to keep up on changing Federal and Agency rules and regulations. Also, how do you share/communicate these changes/updates within your organization?

Sign up at FederalRegister.gov and subscribe to the relevant topics in "MyFR". I get an e-mail notification any time something gets published in the Federal Register under the "Government Procurement" topic.
