Where did you look? There are seven insurance clauses in FAR: 52.228-3 thru 52.228-10. The following include flowdown provisions: 52.228-3, Workers' Compensation Insurance (Defense Base Act); 52.228-4, Workers' Compensation and War-Hazard Insurance Overseas; and 52.228-5, Insurance--Work on a Government Installation.
