FAR Rules Published and Open for Comment

The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Proposed Rules, relevant to the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul, were published in the Federal Register today, June 23, 2026, and are open for comment until July 23, 2026:

• FAR Case 2026-001 Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Parts 1, 2, 4, 33, 39, 40, 52, and 53;

• FAR Case 2026-002 Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Parts 6, 7, 10, 18, 26, 37, 41, and 52;

• FAR Case 2026-005 Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Parts 5, 24, 29, and 52; and

• FAR Case 2026-007 Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Parts 3, 49, and 52.
