Contract Management Software

Most Government Agencies and a lot of Government Contractors utilize software tools (both contract writing and contract administration) in some manner in the attempts to create efficiencies and reduce costs within their organization. I am in search of input from both Government and Contractor personnel in the contracting working force and those in other career fields.

1. What aspects of a prime contract are necessary to track from the worker level? (deliverables, contract reporting requirements, financials, etc.)
