Posted October 22Oct 22 comment_96400 I can’t think of a better way to advance right now than being RFO expert. My advice is read and learn everything you can. Find where offices have tried using existing FAR deviations. Inquire what worked, what didn’t, and suggestions for improvement. Stay on top of comments of the proposed changes. Become the “expert” in your office and establish communications with your headquarters and other offices.
