Just coming onboard, and seeing we have a FFP contract, that was awarded with a cost ODC CLIN. What is the contractor authorized to purchase using an ODC CLIN, and if they purchase equipment is it now Government Property?

    Those questions can be answered only by reading the contract. There are no standard answers.

    In any case, there should never, ever be an "Other Direct Cost" CLIN. CLINs are supposed to specify "deliverables." Costs are not deliverables.
