We are looking to change our finance analysts and contracts team to direct charge from G&A.   What steps need to be taken to accommodate this change - any feedback is welcomed

    Do you have a Disclosure Statement?

    If you make the change, what is the impact to existing contracts where you didn't bid the efforts as direct labor and, therefore, do not have budgets established?
