June 19, 20241 yr comment_84828 Does anyone know if all members of a Contractor Team Arrangement (CTA) under GSA MAS must hold the SIN a procurement came out under? We heard that only the CTA team leader required the GSA MAS SIN and all other CTA team members just needed a GSA schedule even if they did not have that SIN. There is a debate if this is correct since some believe all members of the CTA must hold the GSA MAS SIN the procurement came out under. GSA's site on CTAs did not seem clear on this so any help would be great. Report

June 19, 20241 yr comment_84873 Admittedly GSA information is sketchy. They did a website revision which deleted some of the existing references. But the original purpose of CTAs is broadening use of Schedules. Any contract schedule holder can parter with other contract schedule holder to propose solutions. The contracts don’t have to even be on the same schedule much les the same SINs. If you want assurance, contact GSA. They are responsive. Report
June 21, 20241 yr Author comment_84950 Thanks for your help @C Culham and @formerfed. The GSA site I used to think mentioned everyone needed the same SIN. Might be wrong. I will reach out to GSA to triple check. Report
