If the contract does not contain 252.246.7000 does that exempt the Prime Contractor from needing to obtain a DD250 for the delivery of separate and distinct objects to the Gov’t? Any insight would be most appreciated. Report
March 29, 20232 yr comment_77190 Is it an old contract, because DFARS 252.246-7000 no longer exists. Have you read DFARS Appendix F? If not, read it, and then come back if you still have a question. Report

Any insight would be most appreciated. Does the contract contain DFARS 252.232-7003? If so, the WAWF Receiving Report is the electronic equivalent of the DD 250. Report
