What would be the best contract vehicle to use for the customer to pay for multimedia services using a GPC card without having to issue individual delivery orders on an IDIQ? The dollar value of these services are between $3,000 and $8,000. I know we can do payment type made via GPC but we still have to issue delivery orders. Can an order be made by just calling them up and placing it?

Ordering procedures vary by vehicle but first you should do a little more research on what vehicles exist that cover the services you are looking for. Many companies will also list all their contract vehicles on their websites so if you know a few vendors, you could start with their websites and compile a list of possible contract vehicles that way.
