ACTION: Technical amendments.

Regulation in order to update references and make editorial changes.

    2. Amend section 4.803 in paragraph (a)(35) by removing the second 
sentence.

PART 22--APPLICATION OF LABOR LAWS TO GOVERNMENT ACQUISITIONS

    3. Amend the parenthetical in section 22.400 by removing 
``Construction'' and adding ``Construction, alteration, or repair'' in 
its place.
