Permanent authority for use of
simplified acquisition procedures for certain commercial items
(sec. 815)
The House bill contained a provision (sec. 806) that would make the authority for use of simplified acquisition procedures for certain commercial items permanent. The Senate committee-reported bill contained no similar provision. The agreement includes the House provision. |
