Notices of subcontracting
opportunities (sec. 1654) The House bill contained a provision (sec. 1656) that would make a technical correction to section 8(k)(1) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(k)(1)), regarding notices of subcontracting opportunities. The Senate amendment contained no similar provision. The Senate recedes. |

SECTION 1656--NOTICES OF SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITIES This section would amend subsection (k) of section 8 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637) by requiring notices of small business contracting opportunities to be posted on an appropriate Federal website as determined by the Administrator of the Small Business Administration. |
