    As a large business we have to adhere to 'TAA' for contract awards from the VA. China is not on the 'TAA' list, my question is/was once they sign the 'GPA' will that enable US companies to submit Chinese products for government contract consideration? Thanks very much.

    If China signs the WTO 'Governmental Procurement Agreement' would that end the prohibition against Chinese made products for government use? I'm thinking specifically about the VA and general use mediacl and mobility equipment. Thank you
