Per DFARS 7003-1, I'm looking for an IMM waiver contact point for AMC, but they seem to be impossible to get in contact with.

I've searched Google, sent e-mails, and called 5 million dead phone numbers.

Does anyone have any experience or contact information for this address:

Have you contacted the Ft. Belvoir Post Locator? They should have a phone number. Also, call 411 and ask for a number.
