I have a requirement for Non-Severable Services. The requisition has 3-line items and line items 2 and 3 appear to be for options. I do not believe you can have options on a multi-year contract for non-severable services. I suggest the Program amend their requisition deleting CLINs 2 and 3 and state in CLIN 1 that the requirement could be for 1 to 3 years. I welcome any feedback.
