For competitive acquisition, your solicitation has Sections K,L, and M ? which drop off the model contract after award and Section K gets incorporated by reference. The question is: For non-competitive acquisitions - new work with J&A approved, does your solicitation still require a Section K and L? From what I can tell in the FAR, the FAR doesn?t make a distinction between competitive and non-competitive acquisitions with regards to Sections K and L, but it isn?t stated explicitly. For some reason, getting advised to remove Section K and L from a RFP. Not sure why really. Was wondering if you any one had an opinion about it or explanation. Thanks for any input.
