68451537 Posted February 2, 2022 Report Share Posted February 2, 2022 Sole Source, Commercial, IDIQ, Follow-On Contract The min/max for the IDIQ was not stated in the solicitation and we are getting ready to go into clearance before negotiations. Since the min/max wasn't stated in the solicitation, and an amendment to the solicitation doesn't seem reasonable at this time, what suggestions are there for addressing this concern? Formal Letter to contractor and documenting on contract award document? Addressing during negotiations and documenting on contract award document? Other suggestions?
