govt2310 Posted June 14, 2010 Report Share Posted June 14, 2010 A colleague of mine has this dilemma: One of his contracts is being audited by DOD. They say he messed up by issuing a task order with a period of performance starting after the expiration of the MAC IDIQ. For example, the MAC IDIQ contract expired on April 14, but say my colleague took action on April 10 to issue a task order with a period of performance starting April 15.
