KONTRACTOR Posted July 26, 2020 Report Share Posted July 26, 2020 Quick question regarding Bridge Contracts- Our agency has a need to do a bridge contract, due to the delay in getting the follow on contract going. My question is, can I award the Bridge Contract under Far Part 13 SSJ, as this is a commercial item not exceeding 7 million or award it under Far Part 6.3? If I award it under 13, then I don't need to follow certain guidelines under Far Part 6. It was originally a Far Part 16 IDIQ contract.
