California2012 Posted December 20, 2019 Report Share Posted December 20, 2019 I'm bidding on an IDIQ JOC and would love some recommendations on the size of project team/staff suitable, the roles, their composition, and their org chart that would be deemed acceptable to the client. I suspect folks have not responded as magnitude, type of work, contract requirements regarding inspection/acceptance that help dictate extent of quality control needed, etc. is not provided to help folks with thoughts.
