However, given our schedule is adding new labor categories/rates which align much more with the cloud and cyber environments I wasn't sure if we need to make any notation and I always operate by don't answer more than what is being asked. Am I correct that once our new schedule is awarded I can bid the new rates and categories so long as they align to the the categories and rates the existing award?
