We have a task order under the threshold to report in CPARS as poor performance and we are basically "canceling" the task order. Any experience with this and how did your office handle? Thank you! Yes, I have had experience with a no-cost termination settlement. In your case, I assume you plan to offer them at no cost termination for convenience settlement in lieu of a termination for default. I am assuming that their performance does not meet the contract requirements, therefore they would be in default and/or their performance would be unacceptable to warrant any payment.
