Is whether a contractor uses commercial basis of award or cost build up public info?

Is there any way to find out whether a GSA contract holder used a commercial basis of award customer versus a cost build up method in determining their GSA schedule pricing? Pricelists don't say how the rates were established, at least not that I can see.

My suggestion would be to contact the GSA contracting office and ask. I would think that they should have some documentation of the basis of pricing.  They supposedly evaluated it to determine that it was fair and reasonable. 

I wouldn't know of any other way other than inquiring of the contractor.
