But It appears dollar thresholds exist which required additional clauses. Can you help as to where/what those thresholds are? Many thanks for any input. jeff4757 Posted July 30, 2015 Author Report Share Posted July 30, 2015 I thought I saw somewhere where if the subcontract hits a certain dollar threshold, there are additional FAR flowdown clauses required. ji20874 Posted July 30, 2015 Report Share Posted July 30, 2015 Are you saying that if a subcontract was awarded with a certain set of flow-down clauses based on the dollar value of the subcontract award, and then later the subcontract price goes up so additional clauses need to be added?
