icepeay Posted July 22, 2009 Report Share Posted July 22, 2009 I am trying to determine whether to put FAR Clause 52.246-17 (Warranty of Supplies of a Noncomplex Nature) versus FAR Clause 52.246-18 (Warranty of Supplies of a Complex Nature). I can't find the definition of Complex versus Noncomplex in the FAR and want to find out what would be the determining factor as to which clause to use.
