The contractor only showed up 1 day out of 90, so the PO was terminated for cause in March 2014. I have not had any contact with the contractor since February 21st despite sending emails, making phone calls, and sending certified letters, etc. The contractor left some of their equipment at our site: vacumms, mops, chemicals, etc. I was going to send a letter stating the contractor has 10 days to remove the equipment or respond to the letter. Is there a specific authority that I can cite in a letter to the contractor that if they do not pick up their equipment, we will dispose of it?
