It costs about $99.00 and is not currently available. However, It is based on the Army Staff Judge Advocate School's publication, Contract Attorneys Deskbook, which is now available in the 2011 edition. You can get the latter for free, in two volumes, at the Library of Congress website http://www.loc.gov/r...-2011_Vol-1.pdf and at http://www.loc.gov/r...2011_Vol-2.pdf.
