The CO could have fixed the problem in an hour or so by posting a clarification at SAM.gov and avoided the cost and delay of a sustained protest. I must be missing something. What am I missing? formerfed Posted September 10, 2022 Report Share Posted September 10, 2022 Just a guess seeing similar things in the past- a CO dealing with an issue over their head, maybe bullied by a program/technical person, and not seeing a legal view or independent opinion from another person in the contracts office.
