mw35019
I don't have much experience with "Set asides" in the land of subcontracts. Can someone please explain to me what subcontractor set asides are?
Guest Vern Edwards
A set-aside is a purchaser (contract or order) that has been reserved for a certain class of business firms, like small businesses or service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. Only those firms can compete for the work.
