alexreb
I've always wondered if it was acceptable to attach documents (solicitations, plans, specs, etc.) to a combined synopsis/solicitation notice on FedBizOpps. I ask because I see it all the time on FedBizOpps, but it seems contrary to FAR 12.603(a) says that states "This procedure combines the synopsis required by 5.203 and the issuance of the solicitation into a single document." [underlining added for emphasis] Wouldn't the term "single document" mean that everything is included in the combined synopsis/solicitation document posted to FBO? Guest Vern Edwards
It is contrary to FAR, but you're right--it's common practice. I don't think it's a big deal.
