  1. Posted a SAT solicitation for 30 days on GSA's eBuy for a commercial item. In the end, I only received one quote from a qualified vendor. Am I required to re-post the solicitation, perhaps outside of GSA eBuy where more vendors might offer the service, given the limited response? If I move forward with this vendor, is it considered sole source and does it require sole source justification? Thank you.
