  1. There is nothing in the RFQ which requires any notation on pending renewal. However, given our schedule is adding new labor categories/rates which align much more with the cloud and cyber environments I wasn't sure if we need to make any notation and I always operate by don't answer more than what is being asked. Am I correct that once our new schedule is awarded I can bid the new rates and categories so long as they align to the the categories and rates the existing award?
  2. Rookie question ahead - background is my firm is underway with renewing and modifying our GSA Sked 70 expected June/July 2018. Concurrently, we are bidding an LPTA GSA Sked 70 and was curious how we note the impending renewal and what tripwires to protect against.
