Is anyone aware of whether there has been an increase in the DoD seeking voluntary refunds under DFARS 242.7100 and DFARS PGI 242.7100? Also, is anyone aware of any substantial sources discussing when use of the clause is appropriate or has been used in the past? There’s not much out there on it that I could find.
