  1. Gov't Contracting Professionals- Can you assist in identifying good publications on subject? NCMA has a number of products from CCH. Looking for STRAIGHT-Forward, "in laymen's terms" type educational/reference materials that work with professionals not well-versed in the FAR. thanks to all!
  2. That is excellent feedback and much appreciated! I've been in "Services" (Engineering/Design) for most of my Gov't involvement and have not put on my "manuufacturing" hat. Again TY!
  3. Thank you! But WHY wouldn't ANY contractor want to EXCEED the $500k ceiling if given the opportunity?
  4. Company awarded an IDIQ with a $12mm cap over the life of the contract. However Contract states a ceiling of $500k/TO. TO 1 Awarded for $650k. Contract is fully executed. Next steps? Thanks to all who can advise!
  5. TY for your response! It is an ID/IQ and it was a Request for Technical response (RTR) only at this time. We would have submitted the form but CO is stating we did not "show interest" in the TO and thus may disqualify our proposal. Our position is the proposal submittal is defacto evidence of our company's interest in the TO. Thank you again! JP
  6. After approximately 100+ proposal submittals (RTR's), the CO is now adhereing to our firm requiring to return the "EOI" form, consisting of a check in a box for (1) question- whether our firm is interested in this particular TO. Does the submittal of a proposal, in lieu of returning the EOI form, serve as answering "Expression of Interest" form? Thanks for any feedback (Case Law?) you can provide. JP
