  1. I apologize if this question is redundant to some. Assuming we meet the requirement to report executive pay under FAR 52.204-10, and we are a privately held company, and a 1st tier sub. Do we not report our own executives' pay through FSRS and SAM ? Doesn't the prime only report that they awarded us a subcontract, and the various related information but but not the subs' actual Executives' pay ? As a sub , we DO NOT want to provide this information directly to the prime but we will gladly make it available and report it to the Govt. Please clarify.
  2. It's been awhile since I did a small business plan. If a company is a small woman owned business-- and--- a small veteran owned business. Does the prime make a decision as to what category to recognize the subcontract award to this company (WOSB --OR--VOSB?) or do we recognize the dollars in both categories in terms of meeting goals. I know this is a common dilemma but I forgot the rule. Direct me to a refresher reference source if you can.
  3. We will be procuring communication equipment under a contract? Will the KO readily provide us sales tax exemption certificate so we are not charged sales tax by the vendor. It seems that one Specialist voiced she thought it was illegal to do so. Does this make any sense?
