Mr. Gracia is President & CEO of Seville Government Consulting. Mr. Gracia has 20 years of professional experience providing consulting support for the acquisition and management of services and technology for government and commercial clients including numerous Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal civilian agencies.

His program management experience includes overseeing and managing numerous federal technology initiatives, including several Acquisition Category (ACAT) IA Major Automated Information System (MAIS), numerous ACAT III projects for defense clients, in addition to various technology projects for civil agencies.

He is an author and speaker on various federal government and contracting issues facing our nation, and is an active member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and Project Management Institute (PMI). His blog, The Acquisition Corner, discusses numerous issues in government contracting and federal acquisition.
